Introduction
Agent Blasts can be sent for a:
- New Listing,
- Open House, or
- Price Reduction
By specifying either the city, state or three zip codes, approximately 900 emails will
be sent alerting local agents and buyers about your listing.
Agent blasts can be sent in California only.
Please contact OpenHouseOn.com to send agent blasts in other states.
Schedule An Agent Blast Today
To set up Agent Blasts:
- Log into OpenHouseOn.com.
To login, click Login tab. Enter your e-mail address and password. If you have forgotten your password,
click Forgot your password? and a new password will be emailed to you.
- Click Add New Listing.
- Once your listing is added, click Send New Listing Blast on your agent home page.
Set the date and up to three zip codes or city, state.
You can only send one new listing blast for each listing.
- If having an open house, click Schedule Open House or Send Open House Blast.
First, set the date, start time, stop time, and hosting agent when your open house will be.
Second, and as an optional step, set the date and up to three zip codes or city, state
as to when to send out the agent blast for your open house.
Open House Agent Blasts are sent on the date you specify at 9am, 1pm, or 6pm.
Open House Agent Blasts should be sent out on or before your open house date!
- If there is a price reduction, click Send Price Reduction Blast.
Set the date and up to three zip codes or city, state.
You can send several price reduction blasts, one for each price reduction.
A Free Service
Agent blasts are free service to all members.
Once you have scheduled your blast, you can send yourself a test blast to review before it is sent out.
If buyers have signed up with OpenHouseOn.com for the selected blast area, they too will be sent your agent blasts.
All emails sent are
CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 compliant.
OpenHouseOn.com is compliant because:
- Agents can unsubscribe automatically usually in 5 seconds by clicking on an unsubscribe link
at the top or bottom of the email.
Once unsubscribed, these agents will no longer receive Agent Blasts.
- The subject line is revelvant and accurate.
- The email contains our physical address.
- The email is identified as an advertisement for new listings, open houses, or a price reduction.
OpenHouseOn.com implements both SPF and DKIM email authentication methods to avoid emails being identified as junk emails.
